Metallurgically bonded tungsten carbide teeth that allow these holesaws to perform effectively and economically on hard, abrasive and snaggy materials, and to cut through materials which are too tough for conventional holesaws. Designed for tough repetitive work, the holesaws are strong and durable. Their clean cutting action is effective in either forward or reverse mode, with the big advantage that they are suitable for use with SDS machines when on full hammer mode. Manufactured from bi-metal material with hardened teeth made from high speed steel and a variable tooth pitch for fast smooth cutting. Bi-metal holesaws offer increased safety as they will not shatter under load. They are ideal for use on a wide variety of materials including wood, chipboard, plywood, non laminated plastics, plasterboard and non ferrous metals. The 3834 Series Arbors are available in a range of sizes suitable for different chuck capacities. Shank Size. 11.1mm. The design of the 11152 arbor makes it suitable for Ø32-210mm holesaws, it eliminates play and increases the strength of the holesaw by redistributing the load from the thread to the solid cap. These are to be used with hand held machines and, when operating with high work load, in static machines. All arbors are hardened for maximum strength. The 11152 arbors have drive pins to transfer large cutting force from the holesaw to the power unit. QC arbors have a quick change mechanism and tools are not required to change holesaws.
